LOCATION: Rural location in the small village of Jenig with a beautiful view of the Carnic Alps and overlooking the Nassfeld ski area. The house is oriented to the southeast and therefore always has enough sunlight. The Nassfeld ski area, approx. 5 minutes away, with more than 105 km of pistes, is easily accessible. At a distance of 3 km there is a small cafe/tavern, a gas station and a supermarket. In addition, the property is 5 km from Hermagor, a beautiful touristic provincial town with all the necessary facilities, including a wide culinary offer. The swimming lake Pressegger See is a 15-minute drive away, and another lake, the Weißensee, is only 25 km away.

PROPERTY: The house (185 m²) is originally from 1954, all the windows have now been replaced with insulating glass windows and the electrical wiring has been renewed. The house is heated by modern pellet heating, which also provides hot water heating. In addition, there is a wood stove in the living room.
