LOCATION: The Hochkoenig ski area counts over 100km of slopes encompassing the three pretty towns of Dienten, Muehlbach and Maria Alm. In summer, the mountains are criss-crossed with hiking tracks and dotted with traditional rustic ski huts offering delicious local specialties.

PROPERTY: The project will consist of 12 lodges (apartments and terraced villas) with a living area between 62 and 226m2 and 1 to 4 bedrooms. All units will be constructed according to the latest guidance for sustainable development. They will feature a combination of traditional and modern design and incorporate enviable facilities such as sauna, fireplace, wellness and jacuzzi. The underground garage will be equipped with electric car sockets. All energy will come from renewable sources and water will be taken from local alpine source.

USE: Investment property with a combination of professional rental and private use. Attractive rental yield and professional rental management by an experienced well-known operator. The operator's commission will be reduced in the first years of resort operation (5%, then 10%, then 15% and will be capped at 17.5% in Year 4 - this is much lower compared to average commissions charged by other operators in Austria promising a potentially very interesting final yield.
