LOCATION:The chalets are located at an altitude of c. 800 above sea level near the pretty town of Sankt Englmar. Sankt Englmar can be easily reached from Munich (1h40). The town provides all necessary amenities for daily living including a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. Only 200 meters from the property is a small ski area called the Predigtstuhl Arena with about 10km of slopes. This area is perfect for beginners and families with small children thanks to its gentle terrains and friendly atmosphere. For cross-country skiers, there is 74km of trails. There is also plenty to do in summer including an aquapark, a tree-trail with views and a 17-hectare spa area with water features and Kneipp trail. Pre-Christmas period is especially lovely with a lively Christmas market.

PROPERTY: The chalet village offers a variety of chalet sizes and layouts to fit different requirements. There are chalets with living space between 55 and 58.5m2, terraces of c. 20m2 and gardens sized between 306 and 651m2. Inside, they have a spacious living room with a kitchen corner and access to a terrace for outdoor dining, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Some are also equipped with a sauna and all have a barbecue. Each chalet has a name of a tree growing next to it (Apple tree, Pear tree, Cherry..). All units are beautifully furnished in a traditional style with focus on comfort and tranquility.
